Complaint Against Reliance Postpaid Customer care & Nodel Appellate

To Whomsoever it May Concern !!!


I have been extremely disappointed with the way customers are treated !!! I have been running just post to pillars for my resolution !! It has been high time now !!!

Please excuse my language if i may happen to loose my patience while drafting this mail this is again to be owed by your customer care team !!!

I recently got my number migrated from Prepaid to Postpaid (Hoping to get better service and for long term relationship) But you guys have proved me wrong !!!

Getting my line migrated from prepaid to postpaid again was NIGHTMARE to me !! Which i was fortunate enough to get it done with a support of your representative RAM @ Reliance STORE @ Badlapur and nevertheless from Tilak (Nodal Officer). But one of my complaint which was unresolved till date that i am not able to get connected to customer care number !!

I was least concern about this concern till the time meeting this hell pain of my life !! My credit limit given to me at my account was 1400, agreed to the fact that i being new on to postpaid and hope it will increase gradually !! I was getting constant calls from payment reminder team for payment due to my excess usage, i happen to make payments on AS AND WHEN BASIS !! I told the lady caller that i need bill which she assured for EBILL AND HARDCOPY together ! Surprise and Impressed !! I repeatedly told her that i need bill to get it claimed from my office !! She assured me for the same.

I have not recieved any hardcopy thus i failed to get it claimed from my office as i cross claim dates !! I do travel to lot of places @ India hence i couldnt make it a point to visit a store !! N likewise i cant reach your customer care center too :(

While travelling i get my services barred !! Which landed me into trouble ?? I tried contacting customer service number which is given at your website even that i failed coz it was just getting connected to PREPAID DEPARTMENT and they dont have transfer facitlity !!

I have network issues wherein for the entire weekends i have to spend my day without network !! After long day over i get a message as WELCOME HOME ?? Wherein i was at home only !!

MOST IMPORTANT
On 6th jan i have recieved a mail below which i have forwarded ?? Please its self explanatory !! I got the bill of Mr.Balasubramanian R at my mail id ??? I got his itemised bill ?? What is that we have data security ??? How is that you can assure that my bills are not getting shared by someone else ?????

As i cannot reach customer care.. i contacted Nodal Desk and explained entire story or RAMAYAN to Tilak which in turn PROMISED ME CALL BACK FOR NEXT DAY !! It has been 3 days and i havent heard from Tilak !!
If your NODAL desk has such response what one should expect ????? Is this the committment ???? I manage to get his number and dropped him message as REMINDER but no response !!
Today again i called at NODAL Desk but Mithun at Nodal Desk after half hour waiting said that i will get a call back ????????? On what grounds i should trust ?????

Second Level : - Appellate Officer :- Arijeet
I spoke to him for good an hours time and he happen to HUNG UP CALL ON MY FACE ???????????????????????????? This is what your appellate officer response ??????????

I narrated him entire story likewise i did it !! But he in turn seeking evidence and proofs !! Here are my proofs to prove my POINT !!

1) I also need a call log of the outbound calls which i have got it from lady in context to bill of mine
2) Tilak C aware of the entire concern that i cannot reach customer service number which he said is working on since ages
3) I got mail from your customer care of statement of Balasubramanian.

He committed for a call back from PANKAJ when i said that i am recording this conversation he happen to change his statement that he needs to check Mr. Pankaj availability ?? How can you guys be so irresponsible ?????? and then he hung up the call !!

I need following answers ??

1) What is that you guys gonna do for my network ?
2) Coz of your negligence i have not recieved HARD COPY and thus i cannot get it claimed my bill ?? How is that you guys gonna compensate ??
3) Apology letter @ Reliance Letter Head :- Statement Wrongly Sent of Different Customer and Same letter do mention that my data's are not shared ??
4) Mr. Arijeet disconnection of call over my face ?/

I NEED AN IMMEDIATE ACTION OR ELSE I GOT ENOUGH OF EVIDENCE TO PRODUCE IT IN Consumer forum !!

Reliance India Mobile — disgusting customer service

i purchased a brand new rim phone(classic 101) and within 2 days of its purchase
it got defunct. it became useless within 2 days.and its now 2 months and i could not
find its service centre. the address given by the customer care
dont serve the classic 101 phones specifically and the behaviour of
the service centre personnel is not co-operative.IT seems that i have
purchase a trouble for myself. iam helpless and feel that ya a common
man is still vulnerable. Nothing is in my hand.what should i do.
50 minutes to reach a call centre executive(rim) and after that
the addresses they provide do not service my phone(specifically classic 101).
my question is that if they dont have a proper service centre then
why are the selling their products ?..now i dont have option except to
throw the cellphone.

My Connection is prepaid. i want to convert it pri to post, and requested in my nearest webworld since 27-04-09. after full verification my connection is not converted. WHY?
