I PRADEEP KUMAR FROM MEERUT BROUGHT A RELIANCE NETCONNECT BROADBAND+ DATA CARD FROM RELIANCE COMMUNICATIONS THREW AN AUTHORISED AGENT NAMED MR.RAMAN MATHUR FROM RLEIANCE HEAD OFFICE MANGAL PANDEY NAGAR,MEERUT. I SUFFERED FROM NETWORK RELATED PROBLEM IN MY DATACARD (NUMBER-[protected]) FROM THE VEREY FIRST DAY I BOUGHT IT,I REGISTERED COMPLAINT IN RELIANCE CUSTOMER CARE ON 11TH OF MARCH COMPLAINT NUMBER[protected] I REGISTERD COMPLAINT AGAIN AND AGAIN APPROXIMATELY BY 6 TIMES BUT I DIDNT GOT A PROPER FEEDBACK AFTER 27 DAYS MY BILL CYCLE IS RUNNING CONSTANTLY BUT I AM NOT ABLE TO USE THE SERVIES DUT TO THESE PROBLEMS. the issue should be solved as soon as possible

Same issue I had with them. And when I wanted to disconnect the connection, they don't. After repeated requests for cancellation, I was told it would be cancelled. Then I didn't bother to plug in & check. After 6months I get a lawyer notice to appear or make the payment. Then I realized that they had actually disconnected the service but have not cancelled it.
