Reliance Communications — Mental Harrasment for wrong payment dues | |||
This is to bring to your notice again that i have been getting call from the legal department of reliance communication for not making payment against reliance mobile no. [protected]. I have requested the reliance customer care via mail to deactivate reliance mobile no. [protected] used by me on 20th July 2012, to confirm the deativation i have visited reliance gallery at borivali west at chamunda circle which was not done before september 2012, where i was asked to clear the june-july 2012 bill payment and they would forward the deactivation process. When i had conversation with the customer care representative she said their was no bill reflecting against reliance mobile no.[protected]. Still on the next day i paid the total sum amount of 850Rs. Again i communicated via mail with the customer care to take immediate action, i received several calls for payment where every time i explained why i was not paying the amount when i have not used the service, also twice reliance outsourced vendor has visited my residence to collect the amount which is very annoying and irritating, and now i am getting calls from legal team. Reliance customer care is been highly irresponsibe by deactivating the mobile no .[protected] in september 2012 when i had asked to deactivate in july 2012, after 2 months and forcing me to pay where i have not used the service for that period.
