Reliance Communications — Misleading recharges and worst customer support | |||
I made an online recharge for OnNet pack of Rs. 48 as shown on rcom.co.in (online recharge section) on 13-Aug-2012. The pack details as shown on rcom website is as below MRP (Rs.) 48 Admin Fee (Rs.) 42.71 Service Tax (Rs.) 5.28 Benefit 1000 Local onnet min free Validity 30 Days When recharged online for my Mobile No. [protected]..... i got 1000 local onnet min but it has Validity of only 15 days. I called up customer care and spoke to Mr. Ashwini and told him about the scenario and asked him either to give me 30 days validity for the same or to change the information on the misleading website. However, he was so rude while talking to the customer and intended that you will get only 15 days validity. So i requested him to lodge a complaint about the same so that no other customers get misleaded and he replied 'I will not lodge a complaint. Do whatever you want'. Such arrogance was never expected from such a reputed (Now worst) company 'Reliance Communications' I request Consumer complaint team to assist regarding above so that this never happens to anyone again. Reliance Communication — misleading about recharge
I got a call from reliance from number [protected] on 1/9/08. he intimate me that if today 1/9/08 i not recharge my phone with 496 coupne than it will not work in future.i recharged on same day but mr. vishal from customer care says it will not work. they fleece me witout any prior information regarding such recharge
