[Resolved] Reliance Communications — MISSED CALL ALERTS SERVICE

I am customer of reliance communications.using cdma services.
2 months back I was subscribed missed call alert service due to
reliance network problems.on 21st may 2012 i recived missed call alert
renewal subscription message along with unsubscribing process i. e, To
unsubscribe SMS Unsub 1004 TO 155223. right now I don't need this
service.so I replied on that day with message Unsub 1004 TO 155223
but today (24may2012) they charged rupees 15 for renewal.as per the
conversation with customer care executive name:ankitha, if I want she
can disconnect this service but money refund is not possible.
now I want know for what purpose these unsubscribe toll free numbers
and use to the company with this cheating,misleading.

Reliance — about miss call alerts service

I have cut balance 15 rs as six time for the Regen activate the miss call alerts service. but i will deactivate this service same time

Idea and reliance — messages and missed calls

Sir,
[protected] and [protected] this number send me vulgur messages and give me missed calls. therefore i am very tense. i am now not able to pick call from unknown numbers please help me out in this to get rid of this issue

So, kindly provide me this numbers owner name with address
or
permantely blocked this number [protected] and [protected]
