3 weeks before a person from reliance communication came for an offer called prepaid to post paid . He took Rs 599 +ID proof +Address proof but till date the request is not been processed . When I called up customer care in the number[protected]/ [protected]/ 32021666 they refused to take complaint . I had lodged the complaint in Reliance phone banking the phone was disconnected . Then I had mailed the customer care and I received a sms from 59111 with complaint id[protected] , today the sms from reliance came to me that the request is completed . My request was to convert from prepaid to post paid which was not done instead of that I have received 2 prepaid GSM cards which I have not demanded . This is pathetic service from Reliance which I am going to file a case in Court My mobile number is [protected]
