on the dated 30.03.2012 at 9:30 am, i was activete NET50 plan from my main balance.
at 1:47PM, i checked by sms that i have 25mb and Rs. 25 /- on main balance.
after that i disconnect my Internet.
at 3:30 PM i checked that no data balance and main balance Rs. 00.04 /-.
I also complaint immidetly in customer care. Compliant no[protected]. they responde action will be taken with 2days.
sitt no action taken.
afet 10 days i contact with them.
one of the customer care replay at 4:00PM, that balance will be back with in 6:00PM.
at 6:32 PM contact againe. one of the CC replay that "we are help less."
