[Resolved]  Reliance Communications — Netconnect balance

I recharged my reliance net-connect account (no-[protected]) on 22nd September,2012 at around 11 pm with unlimited prepaid plan of 98 Rs which gives me validity of 2 days and unlimited net usages. Along with that I also recharged Rs 20 in the same number which added to my core balance as 18rs and some paisa.(because to access network there must be some minimum amount in my core balance). Till 23rd September 2 pm it was all well. But then in between 2 to 3 pm they started deducting my core balance though i was using unlimited plan. In no time my core balance become zero(21 paisa actually) and my line get disconnected. I called the customer care (no[protected] and asked the reason, then he assured me that it might have happened by mistake I shall get my money back. But I cant wait for that because my validity was for 2 days only. I told him about my problem and he suggested to recharge my account with Rs 20 to access net immediately, he also assured that it will not happen again. So I recharged Rs 20 again which went to my core balance, and I started using the connection but within a few minute the same thing happened again and my core balance again went to Rs 0. Now I called the customer care and he(named RAHUL SOURI, as he told me) took my complaint (no-[protected]) and assured me the solution will be given within 24 hrs. On 24th after waiting for 24hrs i called the customer care and checked for solution, but there was no solution. Instead they gave me another complaint no[protected] and transferred my call to floor manager (NISHANT, as he told me). He said he will personally look into the matter and forwarded my complaint to the technical team and assured that I will get back my money (if my complaint is true) within few hours so i can use my unlimited plan within time. After few hours I called again but this time they gave me a time line of 48 hrs. After 48 hrs on 26th I again called the customer care to know the status, but now they told that their technical committee has not found any record of deduction, so money cant be funded back. I argued with him and finally he transferred my call to their floor manager (STEVEN), who again gave me the time line of 48 hrs. Now I am faded up with their behavior. My question is-
1) Can I get back my total 40 Rs which was wrongly deducted from my core balance?
2) Can I get an extended validity for my Unlimited 98 plan which is ended due to their fault?
