[Resolved]  Reliance Communications — NO BALANCE CREDIT AFTER RECHARGE MY ACCOUNT

Dear Sir,

I want to bring your kind attention,that i am the customer of relaince communication.Yesterday i had recharge my account with GSM recharge pack, of the amount of Rs30/00, after recharge i heard a voise confirmation that, you have sucessfully recharge your acount.But after that when i check my accout then i found there is no amount is being credit on my account.I have talk to costomer care excutive, and he told me that this amount have been recharge on another no, but refuse to give me that number.So please tell me how can it posible?
