[Resolved] Reliance Communications — NO BENEFIT GIVEN OF SPECIAL RECHARGE | |||
Hi My name is Jinit Brahmbhatt and i am using reliance cdma [protected] in surat since last three years. I have recharged with Rs.92 to get benefits of all local calls at 30p/min and all std call at 35p/min for 90 day on 26.05.2013.. I got sms of scheme activation on my mobile. Despite of it, i have been debited at tariff of 1p/sec for all calls since then. I have written to [protected]@relianceada.com as well as gave feedback on reliance website but so far not got any reply. i want that reliance stop cheating consumer like this and refund my excess amount debited since 26.05.2013 or else i will more to TRAI and consmer forum for the same to claim refund. thanks.
