Reliance Communications — No signal at ground level

I am a Reliance GSM customer ( Mob.No.[protected]) since more than five years. Vide advertisement company has assured for good services and strong signals. Since three months there are no signals at ground level hence facing great difficulty in communication. I approached to the customer care many times and it has given assurance to making efforts for improvement in signal quality but no results till now.
