I purchase a reliance 3G dongle with reliance 3G sim on 16th-aug.2013. ( 3G no. [protected] ) from Reliance store at Bhayander west. The same is activate in 17th-august-2013 but there is no speed. Only reliance home page open very slowly. Other websites are mot open. So I submit complaint on 17th- august-2013. Complaint no.[protected]. But till today the problem is not resolved. When I ask the status they are reply work in progress. But they are unable to say when the problem will resolve.
