[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Bluff From The Consumer | |||
Dear Sir, I am Consumer of Reliance Mobile No. [protected].Executives from Reliance Comunication do Bluff from the consumer. They harras the consumer by calling everytime to activate their value added services and activate the services by bluffing with the consumers. On 30th August' 2010, I received calls from reliance call centre for 2-3 times. At last when I was listening to the executive, suddenly he told me that we are activating the service on your number and this will activate within 48 hours and he disconect the line without listening me. When I call to the Customer Care they Inform me that they charged Rs. 30/- for the Value Added Services. I requested them to deactivate the service and refund the charges as I didn't request for any Value added Services. But they refused by telling me they can't refund the Charges. So, this is totally Bluffing and Misbehaving with the Consumer. Please take a strict action against this kind of activity as this is happining not only with me but many others like me and your Strict action will prove the great satisfaction to the people like me. Reliance — bluffed the consumer
hello,we have been bluffed by the relaince.the companies have not mentioned the terms and conditions that are applicable while recharging the special tarrif voucher.first we have recharged with all india R2Rfree with Rs.799 on april 1st laterwe have recharged with 98rs all india std 1rs plan.but the reliance have cancelled the first offer and are careless of our complaint to them. i want the first rs799 plan back.the no.is [protected].in delhi
