Reliance Communications — NON ACTIVATION OF SMS PACKS

Dear Sir,
From 11th April 2013 I ahve recharged with SMS packs a couple of times, but still SMS charges are levied on my number. I have contacted customer care many times and nodal also. but no solution is provided yet. They are saying that we are unable to do anything. It is causing a big trouble. As i am required to send daily messages and charges are being levied on it. Please help in the case.
