[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Wrong Billing of Data Connection | |||
Sir / Madam, This is to inform you that i have got the Legal Notice from the Reliance Communication for the non payment of the dues of Rs 1250/- for my Broad Band Net Connection No. -[protected] I would like to bring to your kind notice that on 18th Dec 2010, I have paid Rs. 1200/- at Reliance Web world (Shop no. 2 Deepak PIaza DC chowk Rohini Sector-9 New Delhi) requesting for the Safe custody ( after being told by Customer care representative )of my connection. This amount Rs 1200/- was the payment of my November bill + 500 Rs for Safe custody of the Broadband for the five months. For your information the connection was not processed into the safe custody and extra bills were imposed for the month of Dec , January and so on . I was following the case with their Customer care dept. the last three months and with Mr. Arun (mobile -[protected]) personnel of local Reliance Web world Rohini Sector-9 New Delhi, but the same was no avail. Now the connection is terminated and there are no pending charges on me . Request you to kindly look into this and address the concerned. this is what happens with customer once they got trapped after buying this reliance net connect, same thing happened with me and still got no resolution.
