Reliance Communications — Not Activated

hello sir,
My mobile number is [protected], is taken newly on 30/09/2012 from one of the reliance retailer in shop in Vishakapatnam, East Godavari Dt, Andhra Pradesh. I have submitted all required documents on sunday, but it was not activated yet. Retailer said like it was activated with in next day afternoon. But still it is not activated. So I wish to register a complain against The Reliance Mobile Store and Reliance for not helping the customer.
