Reliance Communications — Not providing service for the active packages in my sim

i have recharged a pack of rupees 47 in my reliance no.[protected] , ( 250 Reliance Local Day minutes + 250 Reliance Local Night (11PM-06AM) minutes for 30 days)(for details check -http://www.rcom.co.in/Rcom/personal/prepaid/PlansandPacks.html?Y=1).

The problem is that even it is showing that there is 250 free R to R night minutes , i cant able to use that. More over amount is deducted from my account during these periods.I contacted the customer care service and even after 3 days the problem is not yet resolved.

I need to file case against reliance communications for cheating me in their 47 rupees special tariff voucher....

document maine 6 baar submit karwane ke bad bhi abhi tak meri sim chalu nahi ki gai hai. maine 1 julay ko sim activate karai thi or 20 julai ko meri dono sim band kar di gai hai jisse mujhe 3099 Rs. ka nuksan huwa hai.
299 ka relaince to relaince wala re- charge
100 + 100 ka talk time balance
200 Rs sim ke lag gaye
1200 + 1200 Relaince samesung ke handset kharide
total - 3099 ka losse huwa hai..............
