Reliance — false recharge
I bought a new reliance sim and did a recharge of Rs. 594 through my local retailer. This package was supposed to give me 1800 min Reliance to Reliance free. however this package is not working and money is being deducted from my account for calls i make.I registered my complaint to reliance customer care many a times through my phone and also wrote a written online complaint. however till now i have received no information from the company regarding my complaint. the company representatives where supposed to give me a call within 24hrs both for the online and on phone complaint as was told to me by the customer care, however i have failed to recieve any such call till now. it has already been 10 days since i have been trying to resolve this problem59%
