[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Outgoing Restricted in prepaid mobile although have enough balance. | |||
Sir, My reliance no. [protected] is almost 5 years old. i have never changed the service provider, but past 7 to 8 months i am suffering with very bad service and network problem from reliance side. If talk about service den very first thing is that:- 1) Worst experience with the customer care. Never ever calls get attended, every time it says "There is an emergency", "Customer officer is busy on another call", "This Route is busy kindly call after sometime". but none ever gave the proper response instead of solving the problem without understanding ILLITERATE CUSTOMER OFFICER, they just have learned two answer :- "Sir There Is Some System Problem Because of System Updation", and the very best but worst answer for customer is that "Sir kindly switch off and On your mobile". that's it problem solved not Us but defiantly their problem is solved once gone never come again. 2) The second and most cheated thing is that We (Customer) never activated any kind of a pack like SMS or Voice Pack, or any Special Tariff Recharge they did, but still once they come to know about it after deduction from their balance then they (Reliance Customer Care) say it was activated from our side only if customers agreed or don't fight then they never deactivate it and never give the information to customer that its a "Auto-Renewal Process" and next time again for same reason the deduction will be there. If customer fight back and if have a proof then they say we will Refund it in 48 Hrs. and register the complain. but never ever they give any notification about the refund in customer account, because they never do this. My dear all I have written this as i have suffered a lot so i share this experience with you, and believe me this will never gonna change until and unless TRY authority never take some strict action against them. Although Portability option is given but its not a proper solution, because these complains are common with all Network Service Provider. Kindly acknowledge me the same.
