[Resolved]  Reliance Communications — Over Charged and customer care people don’t have any manner to talk

Good day,
it just to inform you that my wife is a victim of mobile cyber crime and been victimized by Reliance Telecommunication.
My story is as follows;
On 1st October 2012 at around 19:55 hours, my wife called one of my relative in Orissa by dialing this # [protected] and spoke for 29 minutes and 8 seconds, however she is been charged for Rs. 250/= for this call where as she suppose to be charged Rs.10/=Only; as his plan is 3 minutes for Rs.1/=. Then my wife called up customer care and one of the rude representative replied back that you have made international call on your phone so you have been charged that much of amount and upon asking he told the last four digit of the telephone # 0356, although my wife try to convince him that she didn’t make any international call and the number which was told by the representative is one of the relative staying in Orissa and that couldn’t be an international call, but he didn’t agree with her and finally put the phone down. There after my wife again called up the reliance customer care and another representative replied that you have called Hong-Kong that’s why you have been charged Rs.250/= for this call although my wife try her best to convince him but of no vain and she became very disappointed and cried from her heart, as no one there to help her from this kind of criminals. Those are cheating a lot of innocent people like this.

Finally she tried to call the customer care once again may be someone could understood her, this time the customer care representative replied her phone is (Mr. Rahul), who told her that you have used your phone for 629 minutes and 8 seconds on 01/10/2012 from 19:55 hours to 02/10/2012 06:25 hours, however it is absolutely wrong and she has all the record to proof that they are cheating her.
Kindly investigate the matter and try to catch the culprits who are cheating lot of people in a regular basis.
I would appreciate if you could do something about this.
For your information the complaint docket no for the above complaint which was made by my wife to Reliance Communication is[protected], however they didn’t show little interest to listen to her simply hang up the phone, we have been wrongly charge for that call that’s why she was seeking help to resolve the issue, instead of listen to her they simply hang up the phone is not showing their professionalism.

The duration of call and the call timing is saved in the phone for future reference.
