Reliance Communications — Plan did not changed on the told date of the billing cycle

I am Akshatha. I am using a reliance datacard. Previously i had a plan of Rs1100. I made a request to terminate the connection and finally i agreed to take a plan of Rs250. Reliance representative had called and mailed me that the plan got changed from 14th september. My billing period is from 14th of current month to 13th of next month(eg. 14th september to 13th october). But i got a bill for monthly rental of 1100. i raised a complaint again that the plan has not changed yet as told by the representative. They are telling that plan has changed from October14th. This issue was done by there representative and they are asking me to pay the bill. They are telling they cant do anything from there side.
