Reliance Communications — Poor company

Reliance gsm is very bad company . In Tuesday a stock new service is auto activate and they deduct 3 Rs charge in my balance account. now i call customer care three days they all times say system is busy . they only have one answer system is busy we cant help this time . i can call for three days but they give no response .
