[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Poor Network Range Service | |||
Dear Sir/Madam, I am anuj kumar from saharanpur(UP).Sir I am using a sim card(cdma)([protected]) of reliance company from last seven years.when i bought this sim card and reliance cdma mobile the seller had told me that the network range of this company will be excellent in your region and at that time the range was good but now from more than one year the network range of this company in my village is very poor so no one can make a call without interruption though this company network.Sir I have complaint about this matter many times to reliance customer care executives and also in reliance web world saharanpur.Every time the officers of company told me that this problem will be resolved with in a month but the problem still remain same.
