I Have recharged for Rs 399 on 04-Sep-2013. While calling on Same network its giving message of insufficient balance and on other network calls are connecting. I have lodged the complaint on 06 Sep-2013 after lots of try and executives said that due to technical problem you are unable to connect on same network, Our technical department will look into the matter. And now it been past almost 5 Days but there is no resolution yet.. Was this information helpful? |
