[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Processing bill even after disconnecting connection (Monthly Bill Invoice Number :[protected] A/c : [protected] ) | |||
Dear Sir/Madam, Even after settling account and disconneting connection of Reliance broadband they are sending me bill. Already they had made me pay bill which i have not used. Their broadband was not working properly and hence i made complaint to them but they failed to rectify it. They made me pay bill for more than three months which i had not used. They filed case against me and told me to come to Delhi court or pay 25,000/- fine. I stay in Mumbai hence it was not possible for me to go to Delhi so i paid the bill. Now after paying the bill again they had started processing my bill. I don't know what to do now should i appoint a Lawyer and file case against them?? I need your help to get rid of this harrasment.
