Reliance Communications — bill overcharge | |||
Dear Sir I, Siddharth Bhardwaj (R/o 20/165, Kaveri Path, Mansarovar, Jaipur), am a current user of Reliance Netconnect ( Internet Service ). They have disconnected my internet service without any intimation. When asked about the reason, they say that the bill has not been paid, which is grossly false. I have been paying all the bills till date. I have even paid the current bill, which I am supposed to pay by 1st April-2011. They don't even update their records, which create such a mess. One of the billing amount ( 1440/-, which I paid in nov-'10 for one of the bills has not been updated by them as yet. One of the Executives ( Hemant Singh ) has even admitted this and had promised to rectify the same as soon as possible, but the same has not been corrected. My services have been discontinued since last week which has created a lot of loss to me as I perform trading through internet. Just to keep my work unaffected, I had to purchase a new Tata Indicom's Photon+ which cost to me 1799. I have also subscribed to their rs 1100-unlimited plan. Thus it has further cost me rs3000. When contacted today at the reliance customer care, they have admitted their mistake but are not ready to make a compensation to me, which is grossly unjustified. I want reliance to pay - 1. An amount which offsets my expense for tata indicom's new modem as well as plan charges. 2.
