For CAF no.:[protected], it has been about a month and half that I have paid deposit for Reliance for Landline and Broadband connection, but as on today despite repeared complaint and followup, there is no progress on installing it at my residence.
complain no ADAG=[protected] has been made but there is only a standard reply that "we have escalated your issue to the concerned department. They will contact you on this subject at the earliest."
