Reliance Communications (Rcom) — my hello prepaid not going recharge / no support given

I have a hello prepaid Number of Reliance Communications Gujarat Circle (no - [protected]), My reliance hello prepaid have a minus balance, when i go to the reliance dealer, he tried to recharge my number but found that the my number [protected] is a valid prepaid number in RCOM system, i contacted customer care of reliance in this matter on *333 the reliance customer care number, the person misguides me and said that the information for this number can be availed from the dealer only so u have to contact our dealer customer care number *399 which i m not able to call, so i have said Mr. Paresh Chauthyani my reliance dealer to contact from his number and he did, after checking out the details of my number the customer care executive said that the number is dispalying lost connection in RCOM system, I have not given any complaint for the lost connection, whether the company is authorised to register any of the number as lost connection, and I also want to register compalaint against Reliance Customer Care, they have misguided me several times in this matter for 10 days.

I am sumit and this complaint is about my brothers connection .sir i am facing a problem about connectivity of interner on my mobile and also not able to talk with customer care .The number of customer care no. is not connected.My mobile shows number not valid
my reliance hello postpaid is suspended. The phone is permenantly locked. I have not demanded any other fascilities from reliance. Is there any hidden charges for my phone. my number is[protected]. An immediate action is highly appreciated

Reliance Communications — No support from customer care

I have recently registered myself for Reliance Communications' GSM plan. I got my first bill and the trouble started since then, I wanted to pay my bill online but could not see the bill at http:myservices.relianceada.com
All together I made at least 10 complains details of which are there with me, every time I get the same response 'I am very sorry sir but the issue has been escalated to the concerned department'. But nobody has even tried to move that issue an inch.
The due date for bill payment is 12th November, 2009 and these guys would be very strict in those deadlines but in terms of service providing they are really very poor.

Kindly, do something so that this does not happen again to anyone.

My no is [protected]. On 26th June 2010 deduct from me Rs.11/- for callertune charges. but unfortunately i am not subscribe for above. your customer care not solve that matter. they says your money not refund to you. I am not give any sms for starting callertune with my phone. kindly solve that matter. if i sms for above then you are not responsible for refund that money. but if you are not showing that my sms then you are liable to refund my money.
