[Resolved] Reliance Communications - Rcom — MNP Port Out No Response from 1901 | |||
I am a Reliance subscriber and I am sending a MNP request to 1900 but not receiving a response at all from 1901. I have sent it almost 6-7 times. When I sent a wrong number to 1900, I immediately got a response saying the number I sent is wrong. This looks to be deliberate and not correct in not giving customers choices to go for. i m RELIANCE CDMA prepaid customer salam shaikh [protected]. have applied for porting out from reliance network after completing the necessary procedures. it has been 20 days i havent been ported out by reliance to other network and when asked for an explanation only thing given is a complaint number n time period for solving the problem by senior executive of reliance customer care on phone. plz help me solve this problem because as a customer who has done all the proceedings for porting out i am not willing to pay fro a service m not intrested and forced to stay n pay for their service.
