[Resolved] Reliance Communications — recharge successful but not activate plan | |||
my mobile number is [protected]…as per Plans shown by reliance 3G Chattisgarh ….i recharged my number with 153/- with 1GB 3G data on 02/02/13 at time 12:22 pm…..recharge has been done successfully but the plan has not been activated yet……i recieved message saying-”Dear Customer, your request could not be processed. Please try again later. We regret the inconvenience. Reliance”.i contacted reliance Customer Care 3 times but they said that no recharge has been done on that date. they said nothing can be done,your money is wasted…… Was this information helpful? | |||

We tried calling you on the given number but we were unable to reach you, As per the confirmation received from the respective team, we wish to inform you recharge benefits was already been posted into your account and there is nothing pending from our end.
