I am a Reliance Landline/ Broadnet customer. My user id is[protected]. My landline no. is[protected].
A problem is returning again and again.
I use internet through my landline. As per my requirement i recharge my account with vouchers of various denomination.
Some times i recharge it with Rs. 200/- voucher.
But several times I have heard from my local reliance landline office that company has withdrawn Rs. 200/- voucher. So they can't provide me the same.
Whereas your customer care at the same time tells me that there is no withdrawal of Rs. 200/- voucher.
Even someone calls me pretending to be a person from Reliance House, Kolkata and Rs. 200/- is not available. But when I ask them for written confirmations they simply vanishes from the picture. After a little fighting and exchange of emails I get the Rs. 200/- voucer.
I took this connection in 2008.
Since then it has been repeated 3 times.
Now it is 4th time.
Local Reliance office has told me that they have no Rs.200/- Voucher.
Last week some one called me pretending to be a person from Reliance House, Kolkata. He told me that he cannot provide me rs.200/- recharge voucher as i am a internet/ combo user.
He can provide me Rs. 200/- monthly recharge voucher if i become only landline user surrendering internet connection.
I told him to give this statement in written.
But so far none replied back.
Now I am asking you whether I am eligible to get the Rs. 200/- voucher or not?
if possible please inform me about the availability of Rs. 200/- voucher.
And if it is available then ensure that same problem does not bother me in future.
