I have not subscribed for any of the offers or packages, but then also, Reliance subscribed me for soccer package and deducted Rs. 30/- from my account and I got to get continuous messages for the same from 51234. For which, I lodged a complaint on 25-08-08 and got complaint no. 74589988 and they assured to stop this subscription. Inspite of their assurance, I continued getting those soccer messages. So, I complained again on 17-Sep-08 at 2210 hrs. They again assured that it will stop and no further money would be deducted, and if deducted, then will refund that. But those messages continued to come. And again money got deducted from my account. So, we called up Reliance customer care for refund of money. During the call, I talked to Anita Khanna, Senior Supervisor, who informed me that due to company's fault, this money got deducted. So I told her that as this is company's fault, I should get my money back. To which, she replied that it is not possible to refund money. Now, suggest me what should I do to get my money back, which has been deducted due to company's fault.

I WANT TO COMPLAIN THAT WHEN I CHECKED MY BALANCE ON 19/01/2010 EVENING I FOUND THAT Rs30 HAD BEEN DEDUCTED FROM MY BALANCE. I IMMEDIATELY CALLED CUSTOMER CARE . THERE I TALKED TO Mr. DAVINDER SINGH WHO SAID THAT THIS AMOUNT WAS DEDUCTED FOR A VIDEO REQUEST(WHICH I HADN'T SUBSCRIBED). HE SAID THAT IT MIGHT BE A FAULT AND SUBMITTED MY REQUEST(REQUEST NO.[protected] AND ASKED ME TO WAIT FOR 2-3 DAYS. BUT NOTHING WAS DONE. ON 22/01/2010 I AGAIN CALLED CUSTOMER CARE WHERE I WAS ASKED TO WAIT ANOTHER 3-4 DAYS. ON 31/01/2010 ONCE AGAIN I CALLED CUSTOMER "CARE" WHERE I WAS ASKED TO WAIT ANOTHER 2 DAYS.BUT NOTHING IS DONE TILL NOW.I AM FED UP NOW AS THEY ARE CARING THERE CUSTOMER SO NICELY.PLEASE DO THE NEEDFUL AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. My phone was switched of fro 2 to 3 days.

How it has gone in minus.
They told me that two services are activated on your phone.

i am Abhinav Pardesi. I applied for reliance broadband connection. about three months ago. In next few days they said that they cant place connection and the money will be refunded in fortnight. since then most of the time they dont pick calls. it seems big companies like reliance is also a cheap thug who can get this low for just 500 rupees.
it would be nice if someone help me with this...
