Reliance Communications — Regarding unusual postpaid billing | |
Hello, My reliance mobile number is [protected].. And I am a reliance postpaid customer for the past 1 year... Last month, my bill was of 1112 and value added services constituted 479 rs. I have nothing to do with this. I never used it. I do not know how they have given the bill like this. And when I try to contact the reliance customer care, there is no to attend the call. In addition to this, this month, my unbilled amount has already reached 139 in 4 days. I have talked just 20-30 minutes on phone this month. And when I checked, my unbilled amount keeps on increasing by its own. Last night, it was 132 rs and now it is 139 in the morning. I had done nothing with the network in this duration. I am completely frustrated by the hell-like service of reliance. First, sending an unusual bill and then the customer care people not responding. Please do something in this regard.. Regards.
