I have not got the refund yet. To add the story repeated again and I have lost more money. I have all the SMS details from Reliance to prove that my money is deducted multiple times however the Customer Care Agent whom I spoke to "Chandrakala" again she is reluctant to take the complaint and her system does not have details no floor manager to escalate and handle the problem and the same story continues..... I am the only one being treated by Reliance like this. And this time I promise would not continue to use this connection for longer... to stop being robbed of my money!!!!

Issue First Occurrence:
I am a reliance CDMA customer from Bangalore . From past 2 days, I have been deducted 19 Rs thrice for the SMS pack. I called up the customer care 3 times and they are not taking a complaint. The agents I spoke to were Farah, Chandrakala and Arshiya. All the 3 has no patience to understand what I was telling them. They were reluctant to take a complaint and never took one even after continued request. They seem to be in a wrong job and not really understand customer problems. I am not sure for how many more days I am going to stay with Reliance. And by the way this is the third time in the past 6 months I am having this problem. Last time I managed to get back my money since I could raise a complaint. Reliance is a ROBBER a big ROBBER. Even after wasting my time and money I still do not have a complaint number, irony isn't it? :( Will somebody hear my problem!!! IF NOT I SHOULD MOVE ON - LAW OF TWO FEET!!!!!!
Issue Second Occurrence
When my phone balance was Rs 149.62 on April 4th 2013 at 4:30 AM I got a notification that my SMS pack is activated by auto renewal and my current balance is Rs 130.62. As I wanted the pack i was fine with it.
And the next day April 5th again exactly @ 4:30 AM I am deducted of Rs 19 again for the same pack and my balance was deducted. Got that message twice and once the message of refund as well. I am unclear how many times Reliance deducts money for the same package within a gap of one single day.
To add to my woes on calling up customer care I am told the first renewal that happened on April 4th is also not currently active and I am being charged from past 2 days for all the SMS which is additional money robbery from me. Who will hear to my problem? Will I get any response here?
I will wait diligently for another 2 days. Else I will publicize this incident to the maximum extent I can on all the social networking sites and once I feel I have done enough on this I will move on to a different provider hoping that they don't ROB customers like RELIANCE DO!!!!
