This is regarding the bill of Reliance Net Connect data card # [protected]. I tried contacting customer care for the same but they are unable to assist me on the same because of some billing issue. Below is the list of events that has happened in past in context of above number:
1. On 6th Jan 2012 I called Reliance customer care to terminate the services to above number Ref No. :[protected]
2. On 31st Jan 2012 I cleared the payment by making a payment of Rs. 738.74, Transaction Ref No.: 15580751
3. Even after that I kept on getting the calls for Payment reminder and bills on my mail id.
4. I again called up Reliance customer care on 12th Mar 2012(Ref No. :[protected] for the same and informed them that I have requested for termination of my services even I am getting bills and Payment reminder calls. They assured that they will forward this issue to billing department and issue get resolved as well.
5. Now on 19th May 2012, I again called up Reliance customer care Ref No. :[protected] for re-activation of my Data card but now they are saying that I need to clear my dues first and my services were never terminated, they were de-activated because of nonpayment. I gave them all the above information but they said that they don’t have privilege to sort out this kind of issue.
I am not sure even after my request why my Net Connect card services was not terminated. I raised the termination request and system has log of this as well why I am being asked made the payment and now I am getting threatening call from Reliance as well to pay the bill.
Reliance is telling me to bear the charge even if the delay/fault happened from Reliance to process my termination request dated 6th Jan 2012, Ref No. :[protected]. I was told that it takes around 15-20 days to process the termination request but now I am being asked to pay full month rent i.e. for period of[protected] to[protected].
Also, I got the call from Reliance during Jan month after I raised the termination request that I have been given one month free usage because of my good payment record. Could you please help on this issue why that complementary offer is not considered in the billing?
