Reliance Communications — Reliance deducting money for unwanted VAS on my mobile | |||
Reliance activates unwanted Value Added Services on my mobile without my approval or permission. It activates it as a free service and then asks the customer to unsubscribe via an SMS that never works and subsequently charges for that service. I had put up numerous complaints regarging the same to 198 customer service for Reliance but of no use. Kindly help me with it. Its really frustrating to see them charging for services we have never requested.
