Reliance Communications — Reliance executive fraud me | |||
This complaint is against Reliance Communication.I was using pre-paid connection of reliance.his executive call me and tell me a plan i.e 399 monthly rental and i will get full talk value of 399 and my reliance to reliance will be free all india and call charges will be 20 paisa/min local and 30 paisa/ min for STD. yesterday (12-june-2012) when my prepaid converted to postpaid ,i was told that my plan is not the same as i was told.my plan is 399 monthly rental and in which i will get full talk value and my call rate is 50 paisa/min for local and STD and my reliance to reliance is not free.
