[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Reliance GSM Automatic activation of vas TechZone GSM and money deduction which leads to harassment | |||
Dear sir/Madam, my mobile number is [protected](maharashtra, pune). I am fed up with the almost daily harrassment by reliance communication by deducting some amount for the value added services(vas) with automatic activation. They are just doing a kind of theft which leads to mental harrasment. On 27/11/2012 due to vas saregama rcom had deducted rs. 5.00. I talk to thier customer care(chargeble) for almost 15-20 minutes confirming that it is automatically activated. Then they lodge a complaint with service no:[protected]. That day mr. Rajesh vij, miss jagriti and thier senior executive mr. Rupesh had confirmed me that if that happened automatic then they will return those amount in 24 hours but they didn't even behaved well. I told them what about the balance that is executed during 10-15 minutes while talking to you which is a chargeble service. They told it will be returned too. After 1 day rs 5.00 returned but just after some time 0n same day at 6:12:06 pm they had again automatically activated another value added service called techzone gsm for rs 7.00. Then after 5 minutes they had activated fun services for 7 days. They had deducted almost rs. 40 total with the vas+ customer care charge for the help. Please return my money from rcom. They had mentally harassed me with thier 3 customer care executives with thier behaviours and they had not taken the appropiate action, for that please take an action. This is not the first time it is happening but every time. It is not happening with me only if you see the grahak seva portal number of cases are register for this cause. In the absence of an appropiate action, they are doing it again and again. After all those things they are asking for a good feedback. Kindly do the solution because number of indians are suffering from rcom's behaviour. Reliance — again and again automatic activation of services
My name is Virat Prashar, mob no. [protected]. I have a problem in Reliance telecommunicaton, form "two weeks" they are automatically activating services on my no. without my permission and deducting my balance. I have complained for my problems and they solved too but at next day they again activated some another service and deduct balance. yesterday also they activated some service and deduct Rs5 for each day. I have called and complained but man said you activated that service, we have proof in our system. but i was not activated any servise myself :( Well customer care executive deactivated my that scheme but said i can't refund ur balance,My complaint is about "activation of services without permission and deduction of balance" its 4th time in 10 days that they automatically activate service and i am complaining here.
Please solve my problem.....or luttna band karo saleyo :|
