Reliance Communications — Reliance leased connection installation delay | |||
On 3rd July I gave a cheque to Reliance of Rs.33,146/- and they made a promise that I'll be up and running in maximum period of 3 weeks. One week earlier they did the feasibility test but no action from them till now. Whenever I contact the manager he keeps saying that it will be done soon but no exact date. Could you guys just install the connection or simply refund the amount? Also I sent a couple of tweets which was firstly responded but later they started ignoring on twitter. Am no where near to get my connection up and running and you mark it as solved?
