[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Reliance Postpaid Unlimited connection | |||
Hi I am using reliance post paid - Unlimited talk time - connection and the mobile number is [protected]. It was working fine for first 1 month after that facing serious issues with signal quality. Spoke to customer care and mentioned that I wanted to disconnect this connection.. Reply from the customer care was that it is a band width issues with the unlimitted connection .. it will be rectified. With that commitment, i have made another 2 month's payment - however, still I am facing serious signal issues with this phone. All other phones are working fine.. and it is only problem with the unlimitted connection where there is a less bandwidth is allocated and cheating the customers.
