Reliance started making money by activating VAS services (caller tunes/msg pack/love tips) automatically without asking from customer and deduct amount from main balance. If customer wants to talk to customer care representative then charge while that services is not activated by customer. So many times I told them I dont need any of your VAS services and dont add. Then they started arguing and give il-logical reasons: it is activated from your R-world/received message from your side. If no one replies then make money from VAS services, if somebody talk to customer care member then also they make money. Was this information helpful? | |||
