Reliance Communications — Reliance wireless phone not working properly last three months

we are purchase a wireless phone for office use from Reliance in Rs.2000/- before 4 months but this phone not working properly last 3 months.
Before 2 Months Reliance engineering came at my office and told me mother board of this phone is not working and after that nobody come from Reliance for solve this problem I call him minimum 15 times.
