Reliance Communications — Retailer misbehaviour

I am purchasing a recharge voucher on Shivam Telecom at Purani Masjid wali Gali, Kureni, Narela Delhi-40

he is recharged my phone [protected] with amount 27rupees respectably easy recharge but i purchased a paper recharge voucher amount 100 rupee the paper voucher is scratched or thief pin no. i sad to retailer please replace the voucher he called me i have no any voucher of any amount go.

so please resister a complain for this misbehavior
