Dear Sir,I have GSM mobile phone of Reliance (mob No [protected]). My relationship No is [protected]. My plan is RG SimpleR339C. Vide bill for the period 14 July to 13 Aug 2012 I have been charged roaming charges amounting to Rs 1223.50 which is against the rules of TRAI.
