Reliance Communications — Security deposit taken for postpaid mobile not refunded even after 5 months from the date of surrendering the connection

1. I had to shift from Mumbai to Guntur(A.P).
2. So I closed my post paid connection ([protected]) on 18th april'12 and cleared my bill of Rs. 1400(which was my biggest mistake as I should have adjusted the same against the deposit).
3. I requested for refunding my deposit of Rs. 2000 which I had given at the time of taking the connection.
4. I have received the following Service request number till date but have not yet received my cheque of 2000 Rs.

5. Every time I send a mail to you people they are ready with a new service request number or excuses.

i have made complaint to Mr. Richard Rao (Nodal Officer Mumbai) also but in vain.

therefore i want to lodge a complaint against them now. Kindly look into the matter and help in getting my security deposit of Rs. 2000 back.
