My name is Ajit kumar from Uttam Nagar.. New Delhi. I have got your no [protected] activated on 21st Septm. I got 100 rups talk time with 500 mb data as told by the vendor. All this balance and data got finished on 23rd without using even 10% of what was offered.
Though it was the worst i had experienced still I did not care that much and today morning i got the recharged of 247 on my this no (1 gb data with Rs 150 talk time ). Now what i am getting is totly crap. I am getting 0 balance,0 data.
even unable to speak with your customer care people ( IVR says i am not authorised to speak to him ). Great
Please do not make my this step (opting your service) first and last to join ur service,
