I am one of Reliance Mobile subscriber and using mobile no. [protected]. Its a CDMA postpaid connection from Delhi NCR. This is a new connection, which is activated in 11th May 2012 only. But in a less a month time, I found that rather than a mobile connection, I bought one big problem for myself. I have following issues with this mobile connection.
1. First and foremost, my mobile services got terminated without any intimation, even after I paid my first bill.
2. I was trying to contact customer care, but rather than connecting to postpaid customer care, I am always getting connected to prepaid customer care. I have tried on *222, *333 and 198 (all 3 numbers) and there one even able to understand my issue.
3. At the time of activation, I have selected mobile number [protected]. As per Reliance executive its a process that initially my number will be [protected] and after 2-3 days he will change my number to selected one. But still my number is not changes, as committed to me.
4. I am not even getting any proper response from Reliance store and they are not ready to give any contact number. For any small thing, I have to visit there, which is not a easy task for me. Also my past experience is also not so good, as the service level over there is also same like Reliance customer care.
I understand that issue may occur when we are using any product/services, but it is very important to handle them carefully with ownership. I never find a single executive in Reliance, who can take ownership and resolve my issue It gives us more pain when we are not getting proper response and solution for our issues. The kind of services I have got today, forced me to move ahead and mail you. Otherwise I would suffer and no one will bother to help me out from this.
