Dear Sir, i have purchased a new connection of Reliance GSM having no.[protected], My problem is that whenever i insert it in cellphone,no network is shown does it mean that my sim is still in Activation process? Was this information helpful? | |||

I applied new SIM from reliance Cell city on 23/03/2009. I collected it from the same by self not at the office address mentioned for delivery on 24/04/09, but till now my SIM has not been activated. If at the initial stage, if such type of ignorance is happening with the customer then it will be better for not using the Reliance Mobile service. Kindly help me and reply me as soon as possible.

Kindly help me and reply me as soon as possible. meri sim vinay kumar dubey ke naam pe hai jo ki mere brother hai...sim no. hai ...[protected], &[protected] jo ki vinay byake pass hai...but it still has not been activated..so sir pls don't ignore my request...because the members of reliance cell city office doing very slow work...pls reply me as soon as possible.my cell no is.[protected]..frm distt. kathua.(jammu&kashmir)
my complain is same as above of mr. bunty kohall ...he is my little brother...pls help us and try to solve our's problem...i hope u wii give us a great feed back or response after accept request oor u say complaint
There is of course a problem in SIM. Pl. talk to company in this regard.

I was purchase sim in reliance communication.. When i was called customer care to verify my id detail . then he was said id was not matched. I was went distributor to verify my id then. Id was matched... My sim was registration failed. Mob. No. [protected] id detail name vinil khare..
