Reliance Communications — Barring of Incoming and Outgoing calls | |||
Hello I have a Reliance communication connection CDMA since last 6 years. I have submitted the valid documents for the same at the beginning, after which i have been asked to submit my documents 3 times under some CAF form. Recently on 10th may, suddenly my incoming and outgoing calls were barred, I could not call the customer care number as well. When i visited the reliance web world at sion (mumbai), they said that i have to submit my documents again for CAF verification. Immediately that day I submitted the documents(i.e. friday), the personnel informed that within 24 hrs the phone would be activated. But till Monday afternoon the phone was not activated, after a verbal conversation of long 2-3 hrs with the personnel at reliance and also told them that the number is used by my dad n he has a heart problem, after which I was told that they would consider activating service to my phone within the next 24 hrs. Firstly after submitting the documents 3 times, why would they need it again, plus before deactivating my calls they should have send me a message saying that submit the documents in 2 to 3 days. I would really want a compensation for the same, as during that 4 days of my phone being deactivated I lost so much of business calls, inconvenience, as well as the scheme were of no use (everyday 30 mins free calls).
