[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Stole My Balance By Wrong Way | |||
Sir, Reliance stole my main balance by a wrong way. I have internet balance 655.300 mb but when I use internet my main balance is stole. I complain for this 7- 10 times to reliance customer care & they store my complain & give me some complain numbers[protected],[protected] & they promised me to get back my balance in 48 hours & then take 48 hours but all time level is expire but I don't re- back my balance & this internet problem (Mb not used but main balance is stole) is not resolved. For this problem I can't used Internet for a long days. I have lose my job. Even my customer care option is closed by Reliance, So Sir Please tell me what can I do ??? Reliance /Gsm — Talk in Wrong manner

i want to inform u that i called customer care no. at 4/3/12
"mr. Abhishek Mehra from Indore " who attend my call
and i asked him regarding my bal. deduction
but they not tell any thing properly
i told him to transfer call to senior but he refused my request
and talk in nonsense manner
is this way to talk with customer ???
the same case done before 5 month ago but that time i thought that this
is a small mistake...
and till that i stopped recharge my phone
and now i m using another no. [protected]
before some time i recharge my Reliance no.
and i have suffered...
so i[censored] will not do anything .....so definitely i will change Reliance to air-tel
at least air-tel guys knows that how to deal with customer
so ....do if it is possible
this is my humble Request.
